摘要
基于绿色交通理念,探讨其重要组成部分的城市慢行系统的相关问题。通过对武汉市部分街道的实地调研,发现这些步行系统和自行车系统存在的问题并分析其产生的原因,提出相应的对策建议:对于步行系统应当优化步行道路规划,保证其相对独立路权,完善其接驳功能;对于自行车系统应当进一步完善路网建设,加强路权保护,完善配套服务设施和管理细节,出台管理细则和规章制度。
Based on the concept of green transportation, the issues related to the urban slow system of its important components are discussed. Through on-the-spot investigation of some streets in Wuhan, the problems existing in these pedestrian systems and bicycle systems were discovered and their causes were analyzed. Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed. For walking systems, the pedestrian road planning should be optimized to ensure its relative independent road rights and perfection of its connection function; for the bicycle system, we should further improve road network construction, strengthen road rights protection, improve supporting service facilities and management details, and introduce management rules and regulations.
