摘要
为探讨时间管理倾向、学业拖延与心理健康的关系,采用学业拖延量表、时间管理倾向量表、症状自评量表对湖南长沙某高校的262名大学生进行问卷调查。结果显示:大学生时间管理倾向与学业拖延和心理健康呈显著负相关,学业拖延与心理健康呈显著正相关;时间管理倾向中的部分因子对心理健康有显著的负向预测作用,学业拖延中的部分因子对心理健康有显著正向预测作用;学业拖延在时间管理倾向和心理健康中具有部分中介效应。这说明时间管理倾向既直接对心理健康产生影响,也通过学业拖延对心理健康产生影响。
To explore the relationship of time management disposition,academic procrastination and mental health in college students,this article uses Symptom Checklist 90( SCL-90) and Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale( ATMD) to test 262 college students and ask them to complete the questionnaire of college students’ learning procrastination. The results present that college students’ time management disposition is negatively correlated with academic procrastination and mental health,academic procrastination is positively correlated with mental health; time management disposition had a negative effect on mental health and academic procrastination had a positive effect on mental health. academic procrastination has partial mediating effect between time management disposition and mental health. It concludes that time management disposition has an impact on mental health directly,but also on mental health through academic procrastination.
