杜梨根部保护酶活性与抗碱性关系研究

摘要 以金沙滩林场营养钵栽植的1年生杜梨为材料,采用不同碱分浓度进行处理,清水为对照。研究了在不同碱分浓度处理下杜梨根部超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的变化,并通过抗碱性评价对不同碱分浓度下杜梨根部抗碱性进行排序。结果表明,碱分浓度为400 mmol/L时,杜梨根部表现出了最强的抗碱性。 The annual Pyrus betulaefolia Bunge of nutritive bowl in Jinshatan Forest Farm were treated by different alkali concentration and water were used as control. Changes of the activities of SOD,POD,PPO of Pyrus betulaefolia Bunge in different alkali concentration treatment were studied,and the alkali resistance were ordered. Results showed that alkali resistance in roots of Pyrus betulaefolia Bunge were the strongest when the alkali concentration was 400 mmol/L.
