摘要
为了实现某红外便携式检测系统中黑体辐射源温差的快速、准确控制,设计了基于半导体制冷器的电路单元,以单片机为控制核心,由高精度铂电阻温度传感器、温度采集及处理电路、TEC驱电路共同组成温度控制器,通过对铂电阻的非线性补偿,使温度检测达到较高的精度。测试结果表明,其温控精度可达±0.05℃,达到了设计指标要求。
In order to realize the rapid and accurate control of the temperature difference of the blackbody radiation source in an infrared portable detection system, a circuit unit based on a semiconductor refrigerator is designed. The control core is a single chip microcomputer. A temperature controller is composed of a high precision platinum resistance temperature sensor, a temperature acquisition and processing circuit, a TEC drive circuit, and a platinum electric circuit. The nonlinear compensation of resistance makes the temperature detection achieve high accuracy. Through testing, the accuracy of temperature control can reach ±0.05 C, which meets the design requirements.
