摘要
运用发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数等指标,探讨了温度、发芽床和消毒方法对诸葛菜种子发芽的影响,以确定其最适发芽条件。结果表明,诸葛菜种子最适发芽条件为:温度26℃,8 h光照16 h黑暗,体积比为75%的酒精浸泡30 s,初次计数时间为发芽后第4天,末次计数时间为发芽后第12天。
Seed germination rate,germination potential and germination index were used to explore the effect of temperature,germination bed and disinfection method on the seed germination of Orychophragmus violaceus L.,to determine the optimum conditions for germination.The results showed that the optimum condition for O. violaceus seed germination testing was: temperature 26 ℃; 8 h light,and 16 h dark daily; and soaking in 75% ethanol( v/v) for 30 s. The first time to count was the 4 thday after germination and the last time to count was the 12 thday after germination.
