新时代背景下“五位一体”高校毕业生就业问题的若干思考——以广西民族师范学院为例

A Study on Five-in-One College Graduates Employment Guidance in the New Era:A Case Study of Guangxi Normal University for Nationalities

通过分析我国老、少、边、穷、新"五位一体"高校毕业生就业现状和存在问题,提出了加强"五位一体"全方位高校就业指导机制的策略,提高高校解决毕业生就业问题的效能,增强"五位一体"高校办学能力,促进我国经济的健康发展和社会的稳定。

This paper mainly analyzes the employment situation of college students in areas integrated with five characters as old,ethnic,remote,poor and new to provide strategies to strengthen the employment guidance. It is expected that the employment problem of college students in these areas can be solved to reinforce the school-running capabilities and promote healthy development of economy and stability of our society.
