The Significance and Countermeasure of The Tutorial System for Undergraduates in China's Colleges and Universities

摘要 起源于英国牛津大学的本科生导师制,已经纷纷受到各国高校的借鉴与效仿。导师制提高了本科人才培养的质量和水平,但是也存在着很多的不足。本文介绍了本科生导师制的发展历程,分析了实施本科生导师制的重要意义。同时结合安徽工业大学导师制的实施情况,指出了我国导师制在实施过程中存在的若干共性问题,并针对这些问题,从导师队伍建设,导师工作职责和导师考核评价机制等方面提出了相应的改进措施。 The undergraduate tutorial system,which originated from Oxford University in England,has been borrowed and emulated by universities in various countries. The tutorial system has improved the quality and level of undergraduate training,but there are also many shortcomings. In this paper,the development history of the undergraduate tutorial system is briefly introduced,and the significance is analyzed. Also,with the actual implementation situation in Anhui University of Technology,some common problems encountered in the implementation in China are analyzed.Aiming at these problems,corresponding improvements from the aspects of tutor team construction,tutors' responsibilities and the evaluation mechanism are proposed.
