摘要
介绍了钢铁企业设备大型化带来氧气放散率高的具体原因,并详细阐述了通过应用氧气送出系统优化、氮气增产优化氧、氮比例等技术,解决了大型制氧机组氧气送出系统无法频繁精细调节问题,缓解了氧、氮产用比例不平衡矛盾,降低了氧气放散率,对大型钢铁企业解决类似问题有很高借鉴价值。
This paper introduces the specific reasons why the large-scale equipment of iron and steel enterprises bring about the high oxygen release rate and elaborates that the oxygen delivery system of the large-scale oxygen generator unit can not solve the problem of oxygen delivery system through the optimization of oxygen delivery system and nitrogen stimulation technology,frequently fine-tune the problem,ease the proportion of oxygen and nitrogen production imbalances,reducing the oxygen release rate of large iron and steel enterprises to solve the similar problem has a high reference value.
