摘要
构建企业"大监督"管理机制,有利于提高企业监督实效,促进企业健康可持续发展。本文首先介绍了"大监督"的内涵和意义,其次从顶层设计、工作平台、工作机制、工作原则四个方面详细论述了构建"大监督"格局的具体路径,以期为国有企业完善监督机制,提升监督合力,推动企业反腐倡廉提供借鉴和参考。
The construction of ＂big supervision＂ management mechanism is beneficial to improve the effectiveness of enterprise supervision and promote the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises. This paper firstly introduces the connotation and significance of the ＂Big Supervision＂, then discusses in detail the specific path of constructing the pattern of ＂Big Supervision＂ from four aspects： top-level design, work platform, working mechanism and working principle, with a view to providing reference for improving the supervision mechanism for the state-owned enterprises, enhancing the combined force of supervision, and promoting the anti-corruption of enterprises.
