本文从国际化人才培养的现状、要求和问题入手,分析了国际化人才培训工作发展的趋势和面临的挑战,阐述了国际化人才培训的规划思路、功能定位和发展目标,提出了近期做好国际化培训工作的重点任务,以及现阶段国际化人才培训专业人员转型提升的思路。

Based on the current situation, requirements and problems of internationalized personnel training, this paper puts forward the key tasks for internationalized personnel training in the near future, as well as thoughts for the transformation and promotion of internationalized personnel training professionals by analyzing the development trend and challenges of internationalized personnel training and expounding the planning idea, functional orientation and development objectives of internationalized personnel training.
