摘要
世界一流能源化工公司的总部机关,需要一支高素质、专业化的一流员工队伍作支撑。科学高效的培训体系是提升员工队伍素质的有效载体。本文从中国石化员工队伍结构和特点入手,分析目前总部机关培训工作的现状和存在的问题,探索建立适应员工结构特点和成长需求的员工培训体系。
Building world leading energy and chemical companies needs highly qualified and professional teams at the headquarters. To achieve this goal, we need a scientific and efficient training system. Based on the structure and characteristics of SINOPEC staff, this paper analyses the current situation and existing problems of training at the headquarters, and proposes the establishment of a training system which can suit staff structure as well as meet their career development needs.
