能谱CT在冠状动脉成像中的应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 后处理技术如多元成像方法、单能级重建、有效原子序数成像及虚拟平扫等使能谱CT在冠状动脉图像质量优化、狭窄程度判断、斑块成分分析及降低辐射剂量等方面均取得了一定进展。本文对能谱CT成像原理、技术特点及其在冠状动脉成像中的应用进展进行综述。 The advanced post-processing techniques of spectral CT,such as multi-parametric imaging methods,optimal monochromatic spectral reconstruction,effective atomic number and virtual unenhanced CT imaging made it possible to optimize image quality,determination of stenosis level,components analysis of plaque in the coronary artery and reduce the radiation dosage.The principle,technical characteristics and recent progresses of spectral CT in coronary artery imaging were reviewed in this article.
