螺旋CT与胸部X线检查对肺结核诊断价值的对比分析

Comparative analysis of diagnostic value of spiral CT and chest X-ray for pulmonary tuberculosis

目的探究螺旋CT与胸部X线检查对肺结核诊断价值的对比。方法将我院2015年3月-2017年3月收治的肺结核患者62例纳入研究,对所有患者实施螺旋CT检查与胸部X线检查,比较两种检查结果的准确性。结果两种检查结果在团状影、空洞率、斑片、胸腔粘连肥厚、胸腔积液、结节影、肺叶段实变等方面比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。而在病灶内钙化、肺气肿、淋巴结钙化、肺大泡、支气管透亮影、气胸等显示率方面,螺旋CT检出率明显高于胸部X线检查(P<0.05)。结论在肺结核临床诊断中,运用螺旋CT检查可以取得较高的准确精度,便于对患者的病灶进行深入分析,应用价值较高,值得在临床上大力推广及应用。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of spiral CT and chest X-ray in diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Sixty-two cases of pulmonary tuberculosis treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were included in this study. The Spiral CT examination and chest X-ray examination were performed on all patients to compare the accuracy of the two examination results. Results There were no significant differences in the results of the two examinations in terms of lumps, voids, patches, thoracic adhesion hypertrophy, pleural effusion, nodules and consolidation of the lobe segments（P〈0.05）. However, the detection rate of spiral CT was significantly higher than that of chest X-ray in terms of intra-lesional calcification, emphysema, lymph node calcification, large bulla, bronchial luminosity, and pneumothorax display rate（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis, the use of spiral CT could achieve high accuracy and accuracy. It was convenient for in-depth analysis of the patient＇s lesions, and has a high application value. It was worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
