大脑中央后回前壁三维空间定位及非对称性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨大脑在侧别和性别上的差异。方法:选取42名右利手健康成年志愿者颅脑MRI薄层扫描的横、矢及冠状位图像,对中央沟、中央后回MRI进行识别、观测和统计其形态学特征。结果:性别和侧别比较结果显示,女性左侧中央后回前壁相对更接近中线,男性右侧中央后回前壁外侧缘更远离中线,男性左侧中央后回前壁相对靠前,男性中央后回前壁高于女性。结论:中央沟区形态的侧别及性别的差异性可能与相关脑功能的性别差异有关。 Objective: To investigate the differences of the brain in different sides and genders. Methods: The images of transection plane,sagittal plane and coronal plane of brain in 42 right-hand people were investigated using MRI thin layer scanning. The central sulcus and postcentral gyrus were identified using the MRI,and the morphological characteristics of which was observed. Results: The results of MRI showed that the left anterior wall of postcentral gyrus in female was closer to the middle line,the right side anterior wall of postcentral gyrus in male was away from the middle line,the left side anterior wall of postcentral gyrus in male was closer to the front,and the height of anterior wall of postcentral gyrus in male was higher than that in female. Conclusions: The differences of the morphology of the central sulcus in different sides and genders may be related to the difference of brain function in different genders.
