摘要
目的:运用二维超声心动图与心脏核磁共振成像(CMR)研究正常青年人左心室形态与功能的性别差异,并比较两种影像学方法的应用价值。方法:选取某高校男生、女生各15名,按性别分为2组。运用二维超声心动图与CMR测量左心室舒张末期容积(EDV)、收缩末期容积(ESV)、射血分数(EF)、每搏输出量(SV)、左室短轴缩短率(FS)。结果:体表面积校正后,二维超声心动图与CMR检查结果均显示男性组左心室EDV高于女性组(P<0.05),2组间ESV、SV和EV差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两种影像学方法测量的左心室EF、EDV、ESV呈正相关关系(P<0.01);Bland-Altman分析提示超声心动图测量的左室EDV、ESV、SV低于CMR检测值。结论:正常青年人左心室形态与功能存在性别差异。对于左心室形态与功能的研究,超声心动图与CMR具有相近的价值,但两者并非完全等价。
Objective: To detect the gender differences of left ventricular morphology and function in young people using 2 Dechocardiography and cardiac magnetic resonance( CMR),and compare the application value of the two methods. Methods: Fifteen male college students and 15 female college students were divided into two groups according to the gender. The left ventricular end-diastolic volume( EDV),end-systolic Volume( ESV),ejection fraction( EF),stroke volume( SV) and fractional shortening( FS) were detected using 2 D-echocardiography and CMR,respectively. Results: The results of 2 D-echocardiography and CMR showed that the left ventricular EDV in male group was higher than that in female group( P〈0.05),and the differences of ESV,SV and EV between two groups were not statistically significant( P〈0. 05) after BSA calibration. The statistical results of the left ventricular EF,EVD and ESV values were positively correlated with the two imaging methods( P〈0. 01). Bland-Altman analysis showed that the left ventricular EVD,ESV and SV detected by 2 D-echocardiography were lower than those by CMR. Conclusions: The left ventricular morphology and function in different gender young people are different. The value between 2 D-echocardiography and CMR in the diagnosis of left ventricular morphology and function is similar,but which is not equivalent.
