摘要
本文使用思辨技能量具,对某211重点财经院校150名本科生的思辨技能进行了调查。独立样本t检验和方差分析结果显示,经济、管理、法学、文学四大学科不同性别和年级的学生的思辨技能得分没有显著差异。笔者进一步对学生的英语议论文写作进行了深入细致的分析,发现在思维方面主要存在三个问题:论据或论证偏题,逻辑混乱,推理错误。由此可见,思辨能力的培养是一个长期而艰巨的过程,需要学校、教师和学生共同而持续的努力。
This paper investigated the critical thinking skills of 150 undergraduates in a key university of finance and economics with the use of critical-thinking-skill measuring tool.The results of independent samples t test and ANOVA showed that there was no significant difference in the critical thinking skills between two genders,among four grades,and among four disciplines of economy,management,law,and literature.Students’ English argumentative writings were further analyzed and three main thinking problems were found:argument or argumentation deviation from the subject matter,chaotic logic,and wrong reasoning.It can be seen that the cultivation of critical thinking ability is a long and arduous process that requires the joint efforts of schools,teachers and students.
