移动互联网时代背景下的游戏产业越来越多呈现社交化、竞技化、游戏时间碎片化、企业运营资本化等新的特点,传统游戏企业在移动互联网时代背景下正经历着用户体验和用户粘性下降带来的用户流失、缺少资本投入而导致的停滞不前以及来自于网游、手游、电子竞技带来的全方位挑战,面临着转型发展的问题。传统游戏企业应在把握当前时代背景下消费市场特征包括消费群体结构和竞争者的前提下,充分把握行业发展态势,转变经营理念和商业模式,并充分利用战略机遇和政策支持,借助资本的力量实现成功转型。
