摘要
随着建筑行业竞争的加剧,企业必须要想尽一切办法降低自己的成本投入,而分包采购是建筑施工总承包企业成本投入的最重要部分。文章首先对分包采购管理目前存在的问题进行了分析,然后提出了分包采购管理优化措施,以期达到提高采购工作效率和企业的经济效益的目的。
With the intensification of competition in the construction industry, enterprises must do everything possible to reduce their cost investment, and subcontracting procurement is the most important part of the cost input of the construction contractor. The article first analyzes the existing problems in the management of subcontracting procurement, and then puts forward the optimization measures of subcontracting procurement management to improve the efficiency of the procurement work and improve the economic efficiency of the enterprises.
