目的:初步研究蒙汉不同民族中老年人群微笑美学相关数据的差异性,为临床工作提供参考意见。方法:选取100名蒙古族和汉族中老年人,其中每组男性50名,女性50名,年龄45-67岁。运用数字化微笑设计软件(DSD)测量全部受试者的微笑美学数据,并进行分组对比,将全部数据运用SPSS17.0软件包进行相应的统计学分析。结果:蒙汉不同民族中老年人群的微笑类型男性组有显著差异,蒙古族以高位居多占46%;微笑时牙齿暴露的数量,蒙古族显露的牙数较汉族人群多,其中男性为(9.12±1.30颗),女性为(9.12±1.30颗);笑容指数和牙龈暴露指数与汉族相比也有显著差异。结论:蒙古族和汉族中老年人微笑美学数据有差异性,因此,在临床工作中应该根据本地区的民族差异性及患者的主观意愿来选择合适的治疗方案。为内蒙地区中老年人群提供更好的口腔美学解决方案。

Objective： To investigate the differences in the aesthetics data of middle-aged and older population of different ethnic groups in the Mongolia and the Han. Methods： 100 Mongolian and Han middle-aged and elderly subjects were selected, including 50 males and 50 females, aged 45-67 years old. The digital smile design software（DSD） was used to measure the smile aesthetics data of all the subjects. The data was analyzed using SPSS17.0 software package. Results：There were significant differences between the male and female groups in Mongolian and Han middle-aged and older people. The Mongolian population was mostly high types; the number of teeth exposed during the smile in the subjects was different, and more teeth were exposed in the Mongolians. The smile index and gum exposure index were also significant. difference. Conclusion： There are differences in the aesthetic data of smiles between middle-aged and old groups of Mongolian and Han nationalities. Therefore, in the clinical practice, the appropriate treatment plan should be chosen based on the ethnic differences in the region and the patient’s subjective intention for better oral aesthetic solutions for middle-aged and older population in Inner Mongolia.
