基于LabVIEW的应变片数据采集系统

Data acquisition system of strain gauge based on LabVIEW

数据采集系统在工农业生产、科学研究、国防建设和日常生活中扮演着越来越重要的角色。对应变片原理、测量等内容进行了阐述,并选择了NI 9235数据采集卡,给出了系统硬件总体设计方案。软件系统采用广泛应用于虚拟仪器开发的工具LabVIEW,利用其生产者/消费者模式和数据采集、文件I/O等函数以模块化和层次化设计思路,完成具有数据采集、数据实时显示、数据存储和回放功能的64通道数据采集系统,最后在NI-DAQmx仿真设备论证系统的可行性和LabVIEW在虚拟仪器开发的优势。

Data acquisition systems play an increasingly important role in industrial and agricultural production,scientific research,national defense construction and daily life.This paper describes the principle of strain gauge,measurement and so on,and chooses the NI 9235 data acquisition card,gives the overall design of the system hardware.The software system uses LabVIEW,a tool widely used in the development of virtual instruments.Using its producer/consumer model and data acquisition,file I/O and other functions,it modularized and layered design ideas to complete the data Acquisition,data real-time display,data storage and playback of the 64-channel data acquisition system,and finally in the NI-DAQmx simulation device feasibility of the system and LabVIEW in the virtual instrument development strengths.
