一种多窗口示波器采集系统的设计与实现

摘要 为了满足混合信号示波器多窗口显示的需求,设计与实现了一种8种窗口模式,最多16个窗口的采集系统。重点阐述了窗口显示点与采集控制参数设置能够解耦的原理。在固定的窗口模式下,当时基、时延与存储深度等参数确定时,每个显示点相对时间零点的地址则恒定。当窗口数目发生改变时,只改变每个显示点相对时间零点的地址。不同的窗口模式下,采集系统的各项控制参数,可以由一个恒定的存储深度计算,每个显示点数据的存储区地址由时间零点地址与相对地址确定。同时,详细介绍了多窗口示波器采集系统的FPGA采集控制、数据采集控制流程、数据读取与绘制波形等设计与实现,最后验证了本设计方案。 In order to meet the requirement of the mixed signal oscilloscope's multi-window display,an acquisition system with 8 window modes and up to 16 windows was designed and implemented,The principle of decoupling between window display points and acquisition control parameters was introduced.In a certain window mode,each display point's address relative to the zero time was constant when the parameters such as time base,delay and storage depth were determined.When the number of windows was changed,only each display point's address relative to the zero time was changed.In different window modes,the control parameters of the acquisition system could be calculated with a same memory depth.Each display point data's address was determined by the reference address and the relative address.In the meantime,the design and implementation of multi-window oscilloscope acquisition system were introduced in detail,including FPGA acquisition control,data acquisition process,data reading and waveform drawing.Finally,the experiment result showed the effectiveness of the proposed method.
