摘要
随着特高压直流系统的接入,山东电网呈现"强直弱交"的特点,亟需建设精准切负荷系统保障直流系统稳定。在结合山东电网精准切负荷通信需求的基础上,重点研究精准切负荷系统通信网技术选型和建设方案,提出一种利用分组传输网络技术(Packet Transmission Network,PTN)实现毫秒级控制系统的方案,有效缩短主站至子站间的通信时延,为精准切负荷系统提供安全、稳定的通信支撑。
With the rapid development of ultra-high voltage direct current(UHDC), "Strong-DC-weak-AC" has become a unique characteristic in Shandong power grid.As a result,it is urgent to build the accurate load shedding system to ensure the stable operation of Shandong power grid.Based on the communication resources requirements of the accurate load shedding system,a new millisecond control scheme with packet transmission network(PTN) is proposed.With this millisecond control scheme,the communication delay between the control system and the endpoint converting station has been greatly shorten.It provides strong support for accurate load shedding system.
