摘要
在环境温度极低的情况下,传统热油循环方法无法使变压器油达到要求温度,而电抗器现场干燥加热一直是一个难题。提出直流对变压器线圈直接进行加热的方法,通过理论分析直流加热方法与热油循环方法的优缺点,提出直流加热并辅以热油循环对变压器油进行加热干燥的技术方法。通过现场试验证明直流辅油加热技术的可行性,解决大型电抗器无法进行现场加热的难题,为大型电抗器现场干燥加热技术提供一种新思路。
In the case of extremely low ambient temperature,the temperature of the transformer oil can not meet the requirements by using the traditional hot-oil circulation method.The on-site heating of the reactor has always been a difficult problem.The DC heating method of the transformer coil is presented in this paper.Through the theoretical analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the DC heating method and the hot-oil circulation method,the technical method of heating and drying of the transformer oil by both DC heating and auxiliary hot-oil circulation is proposed.The feasibility of this method is verified by the on-site DC heating test.The on-site DC auxiliary heating Technology has solved the hard technological problem,and it provides a new train of thought for the large-scale reactor on-site heating.
