摘要
采用二维水动力数学模型对山东境内某交流特高压线路跨越恩县洼滞洪区进行模拟,分析输电线路架设对防洪的影响及洪水对输电线路自身安全影响。结果表明,项目建成后输电线路塔基对整个恩县洼分洪时的流速、流场、分洪流量、分洪总量和水位几乎没有影响;百年一遇洪水情况下,各输电线路塔基处的淹没水深范围为0.36~4.75 m;塔基局部冲刷深度范围为0~0.50 m,符合冲刷设计强度要求,不会对塔基的稳定性产生影响。
A UHV AC transmission line in Shandong province across the flood detention basin is simulated by the two-dimensional hydrodynamic mathematical model,and the influence of the erection of transmission lines on flood control and the influence of flood on the safety of transmission lines are analyzed.The results indicated that the iron tower foundation of the transmission line has little impact on current velocity,flow field,discharge and flood volume.When suffered a once-in-a-hundred-year flood,the water depth range from 0.36 m to 4.75 m,and 0 ~0.50 m for the local scour depth,which meets the scour strength requirements and could not influence the stability of iron tower foundation.
