摘要
黏变形体是黏菌营养生长阶段的组成部分,不同种类黏菌的黏变形体有不同的形态结构,运动方式也不相同,影响着黏变形体之间或者黏变形体和游动胞之间的交配结合。试验观察了灰团网菌、细柄半网菌、棒形半网菌、刺发网菌黏变形体的形态及运动方式。结果表明:灰团网菌黏变形体形态不规则,没有透明外质,运动过程中形成丝状伪足,属于流动型运动方式,运动速度为0.15μm/s。对灰团网菌、细柄半网菌、棒形半网菌和刺发网菌的黏变形体通过软件辅助、四分位统计学分析定量地描述在运动过程中细胞形态和大小的变化。
Changes in cell shape and size were monitored by microscope with computer. The myxam- oeba is a component of the vegetative growth stages of myxomycetes. Myxamoebae from different gene- ra exhibit different morphological structures and different motion modes, which may affect the mating between myxamoebae and between myxamoeba and swarm cell. The study observed the shapes and motion modes of Arcyria cinerea, Hemitrichia calyculata, Hemitrichia clavata and Stemonitis fla- vogenita. The results show that Arcyria einerea has irregular shape but no transparent ectoplasm, and during locomotion, filopodia are formed, which belongs to flow motion mode, and the velocity is 0. 15μm/s. By software assistance and Quartile analysis, the study quantitatively described the chan- ges of the shape and size during locomotion of Arcyria cinerea, Hemitrichia calyculata, Hemitrichia clavata and Stemonitis flavogenita myxamoebae.
