摘要
采用超声辅助热水法提取红松松子壳多糖(PPSP),分离纯化得到两种主要成分PPSP2-2和PPSP3-1。通过高效液相色谱法检测所含单糖种类及比例,PPSP2-2单糖组成及其摩尔比为Man∶Rha∶GlcA∶GalA∶Glc∶Gal∶Xyl∶Ara∶Fuc=7.2∶12.2∶3.6∶11.8∶11.0∶20.2∶10.5∶18.4∶5.1;PPSP3-1单糖组成及其摩尔比为Man∶Rha∶GlcA∶GalA∶Glc∶Gal∶Xyl∶Ara∶Fuc=4.6∶5.6∶2.9∶44.9∶23.8∶9.1∶2.5∶5.2∶1.3。通过红外检测法确定PPSP2-2是以吡喃糖的酸性糖形式存在,结构中存在α构型糖苷键,确定PPSP3-1是酸性糖,并且存在吡喃糖。
Pine nut shell polysaccharides (PPSP) were extracted by ultrasonic assisted hot water. Two main components PPSP2-2 and PPSP3-1 were isolated and purified. The types and proportions of monosaccharides were detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The compo- sition and molar ratio of monosaccharide of PPSP2-2 was Man : Rha : GlcA : Gala : Glc : Gal : Xyl : Ara : Fuc=7.2 : 12.2 : 3.6 : 11.8 : 11.0 : 20.2 : 10.5 : 18.4 : 5.1; And the monosac- charide composition and molar ratio of PPSP3-1 was Man : Rha : GlcA : GalA : Glc : Gal : Xyl : Ara : Fuc =4.6 : 5.6 : 2.9 : 44.9 : 23.8 : 9. 1 : 2.5 : 5.2 : 1.3. By infrared test, PPSP2-2 was detected to exist in the form of acid sugar of pyran sugar and contain alpha configuration glyco- sidic bond. PPSP3-1 is acid sugar and contains pyranose.
