摘要 本文就碳纤维/黏土/环氧树脂复合材料的制备方法、成型工艺及性能的研究进展进行了综述,指出了目前黏土在环氧树脂中的分散方法以及碳纤维/黏土/环氧树脂复合材料的成型工艺研究中存在的问题。 Great research attention has been paid to nanoclay-modified carbon fiber reinforced polymer composites(CFRPs)over the last two decades.It has been demonstrated that incorporation of nanoclay greatly improves the mechanical properties,anti-aging properties,barrier properties,cryogenic cycling resistance and fatigue resistance of the CFRPs.Therefore,nanoclay-modified CFRPs can be potentially used as high-strength structural materials and in many other high-tech fields.This article reviews the progress that has been made in the preparation,processing and properties of nanocaly-modified CFRPs and discusses a number of questions existing in the exfoliation and dispersion of nanoclays in polymer matrices and the processing technologies of nanocaly-modified CFRPs
