关于中关村产学研协同创新的几点思考

On the Countermeasures of Advancing Collaborative Innovation of Production,Learning and Research in Zhongguancun Area

中关村拥有大量的高校、科研院所和高新技术企业,其极强的科研能力和丰富的科研成果为产学研协同创新提供了基础,但在实践中还存在产学研协同创新统筹规划不到位,深度不够、层次不高,信息不对称,资金支持力度不够,协同创新动力不足等问题。针对上述问题本文认为,应成立中关村产学研协同创新领导小组,搭建信息交流平台,建立产学研协同创新项目储备制度,联合培养研究生,成立校地协同创新发展基金,以推进中关村产学研协同创新的深度融合。

There are a large number of universities,research institutes and high-tech enterprises in Zhongguancun area,the strong scientific research capability and abundant scientific research achievements of which provide the foundation for collaborative innovation of industry,University and research,but in practice,there are still some problems,such as the inadequate planning, insufficient depth,low level,information asymmetry,insufficient fund support and insufficient power of synergy innovation.In view of the above problems,the following suggestions are put forward：To set up a leading group for collaborative innovation in Zhongguancun industry,University and Research Institute,and set up an information exchange platform,to set up a cooperative innovation project reserve system for production,learning and research,joint training graduate students,to establish school land cooperative innovation development fund,in order to promote deep development of collaborative innovation of industry,education and research in Zhongguancun area.
