Divorce agreement is the intention of the parties to the voluntary divorce,as well as the child support,property and debt settlement agreement reached by the agreement or advice. ＂Get out＂ divorce disputes in recent years is particularly prominent,mainly to the division of property disputes.According to applicable judicial explanation,this type of agreements turns to be void if one party changes his idea.The author thinks,cleanse the property part of households divorce shall be effective in registration before the divorce.This paper will combine the divorce agreement is adjusted,embodiment of autonomy in the divorce agreement,the marital property agreement system applies in the divorce agreement,and combined with social status etc.to discuss the divorce agreement in part of the property in the divorce registration effectively.
