浙江省高职院校体育教师师资队伍现状及发展对策研究

Research on the Actuality and Countermeasures of Physical Education Teaching Staff in Vocational Colleges in Zhejiang Province

高职院校公共体育教师是高职院校师资队伍的重要组成部分,是实施公共体育教学工作的主要群体,是决定公共体育教育质量高低的关键因素。研究主要采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法和逻辑研究法,以浙江省26所高职院校体育教师为研究对象,通过对高职院校体育师资队伍的年龄、学历、职称、教学、科研、进修培训、职业认知态度和待遇状况等现状的调查分析,认为高职院校体育教师的学历结构、工作环境和福利待遇得到改善,青年教师已成为高职院校体育教学的中坚力量;但同时也存在职称结构不合理、科研能力滞后、教学负担重、进修培训力度不够等问题。针对所存在的问题,提出浙江省高职院校体育师资队伍建设的对策建议。

Public physical education teaching staff is the great important part of the teaching staff in vocational colleges, which is not only the main group to develop physical education teaching but also the key factor to determine the teaching quality. The research takes physical education teachers from 26 vocational colleges in Zhejiang province as the research target to analyze the practical situation such as teachers＇ age, educational background, professional title, teaching, researching, training, career attitude and work treatment through the method of questionnaire surveying, literatures, interviewing, mathematical statistics and logic analyzing. Study shows that the educational background, working environment and welfare treatment of physical education teaching staff in vocational colleges have improved, and young teachers have become the backbone in teaching. However, there exist some problems, such as unreasonable title structure, poor research capacity, heavy burden of teaching, lack of training and so on. Based on these problems, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the construction of physical education teaching staff in vocational colleges in Zhejiang province.
