莲子心煎剂对不稳定型心绞痛患者MMP-9、TIMP-1水平及生存质量影响

Effects of Lianzixin Decoction on MMP-9,TIMP-1 Level and Quality of Life of Unstable Angina Patients

目的：探讨莲子心煎剂对不稳定型心绞痛患者MMP-9、TIMP-1水平及生存质量的影响。方法：选取收集我院收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者94例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各47例,对照组予以硝酸甘油片,舌下含服,每次1片,bid;试验组在对照组的基础上给予莲子心煎剂,每次100 m L,每日2次,两组患者均治疗4周。比较两组患者临床疗效、MMP-9水平、TIMP-1水平、中医证候积分及生存质量。结果：治疗后,临床检测统计可知,试验组临床总有效率为85.10%,对照组临床总有效率为63.83%,试验组较对照组改善明显,两组结果具有显著差异（P〈0.05）;两组患者的血清MMP-9、TIMP-1水平均降低,试验组较对照组降低明显,两组结果具有显著差异（P〈0.05）;两组比较治疗后中医症状积分,试验组的中医症状积分明显低于对照组,表明试验组在中医疗效方面明显优于对照组,结果差异有显著差异（P〈0.05）;两组患者生存质量评分均有所提升,试验组患者的生存质量评分提升程度较明显（P〈0.05）。结论：莲子心煎剂对不稳定型心绞痛具有较好的临床治愈疗效,可起到清心去热、凉血止痛的作用,能够在一定程度上提高患者的生存质量,减缓疼痛的发生频率和疼痛等级。

Objective：To explore the influence of the Lianzixin Decoction on MMP-9,TIMP-1 level and the quality of life of unstable angina pectoris. Methods：Selected our hospital 94 cases of patients with unstable angina,randomly divided into control group and experimental group,47 cases in each group,control group to nitroglycerin tablets,sublingual including clothing,one tablet at a time,bid.;On the basis of control group,the test group gave Lianzixin Decoction,each time 100 m L,bid.,the two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment,the two group patient＇s the clinical total efficiency,MMP-9 level,TIMP-1 level,TCM syndromes and the survival quality scores were compared before and after treatment. Results：After treatment,the clinical test statistics,the treatment group total effective rate was 85.10%,control group total effective rate was 63.83%,the experimental group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;The serum MMP-9 and TIMP-1 levels of the two groups were lower,and the experimental group decreased degree was better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Comparing the two groups after treatment of TCM symptoms integral,experimental TCM symptom score significantly lower than the control group,showed that patients in Chinese medicine curative effect was better than that in control group,the results had significant differences（P〈0.05）;The survival quality scores of two groups were improved,and the survival quality score of the experimental group group improved more obviously（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Lianzixin Decoction on treating unstable angina has good clinical cure effect,can clear heart to heat-cool blood and stop pain,has a certain extent,improve the patients＇ quality of life,ease the pain of the frequency and level of pain.
