葛根在经方中应用规律

Application Law of Pueraria in the Classical Prescription

葛根,味甘辛而性凉,轻扬升散,具有解肌退热之功,故可配伍用于外感表证,且于退热之中,又能鼓舞清阳之气上升而止泻利,可治疗下利不止,又兼有生津止渴之效,常于口渴证中配伍。《伤寒论》入方4次,《金匮要略》入方3次,该文试从仲景经方含有葛根方剂中探求仲景对于葛根的使用规律,以及含有葛根方剂的临床应用。

Pueraria Radix with properties sweet and spicy,cool-natured,has the function of releasing muscles and dispersing wind-heat. It can be used for exterior syndrome and reduce fever. In addition,it also can be used for diarrhea due to spleen deficiency when it is combined with appropriate herbs. Moreover,it can generate fluids and stop thirst combined with other herbs. Pueraria Radix was used in Treatise on Febrile Diseases for four times,and in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber for three times. This article tries to explore the rule of using Pueraria Radix from Zhongjing＇s classical formulas with it as one of its ingredients and the clinical application of these formulas.
