基于数据挖掘的刘凤斌教授治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎组方规律探究

Experience of Professor LIU Fengbin in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis:A Data-mining Study

目的：采用中医传承辅助系统软件探讨刘凤斌教授治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎组方规律。方法：筛选并建立刘凤斌治疗萎缩性胃炎的门诊处方数据库,利用系统软件进行互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督的熵层次的聚类等数据挖掘。结果：高频次及核心药物为白术、太子参、茯苓、枳壳、紫苏梗、醋莪术、海螵蛸、大腹皮、半枝莲,挖掘出四君子汤为基础方加味理气化瘀解毒药物和16首新方等。结论：刘凤斌教授围绕脾胃虚弱、瘀阻胃络、毒邪内蕴的病机,主张健脾理气、化瘀解毒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎;数据挖掘技术为深入探讨名中医经验提供了良好的方法。

Objective：To analyze the prescription experience of professor LIU Fengbin in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG）based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system（TCMISS）. Methods：The prescriptions of patients diagnosed with CAG and treated by LIU Fengbin were screened and the data was input into the TCMISS. The system software was used for data mining such as revised mutual information,complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster. Results：A few drugs,such as Baizhu,Taizishen,Fulin,Zhiqiao,Zisugeng,Ezhu,Haipiaoxiao,Dafupi,Banzhilian,were most frequently used by professor LIU Fengbin. Based on the Sijunzi Decoction,the prescription of regulating Qi,removing blood stasis and detoxifying drugs and 16 new prescriptions were added. Conclusion：Professor LIU Fengbin focuses on the pathogenesis of weakness of the spleen and stomach,stagnation stomach meridian and interior accumulated by toxin,and advocates the spleen Qi and stasis detoxification to treat chronic atrophic gastritis. Data-mining methods provide a good way for further study of TCM experience.
