血府逐瘀汤对冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者中医证候及FIB、MMP-9影响

Effects of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the TCM Syndrome Integral and FIB,MMP-9 Level of Stable Angina Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的：探讨血府逐瘀汤加减对冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者中医证候及FIB、MMP-9的影响。方法：收集我院收治的冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者60例,依据随机数字表法随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例,对照组予以西医常规治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上应用血府逐瘀汤加减治疗,两组患者均治疗4周。比较两组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分及FIB、MMP-9水平改善情况。结果：治疗后,治疗组临床总有效率为93.33%,对照组临床总有效率为73.33%,治疗组较对照组改善明显,结果具有显著差异（P〈0.05）;治疗后,两组患者中医证候积分均降低,治疗组较对照组降低显著,结果具有显著差异（P〈0.05）;两组患者FIB、MMP-9水平均降低,治疗组患者FIB、MMP-9水平较对照组降低显著（P〈0.05）。结论：以血府逐瘀汤为代表的中医活血化瘀方剂,针对心血管循环系统疾病的防治起到重要临床指导意义,具有疗效确切、毒副作用小的特点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To explore the effects of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the TCM syndrome integral and FIB,MMP-9 level of stable angina patients with coronary heart disease. Methods：A total of 60 patients with coronary heart disease stabilized with coronary heart disease were collected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,according to the random number table,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional Western medicine,the treatment group was treated with the Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of the control group. Two groups were treated for 4 weeks. Compared the clinical efficacy,the TCM syndrome integral scores and the level of FIB and MMP-9 between the two groups patients. Results：After treatment,the total clinical efficiency of the treatment group was 93.33%,the total clinical efficiency of the control group was 73.33%,and the treatment group improved significantly compared with the control group,and the results were significantly different（P〈0.05）. After treatment,The TCM syndrome integral scores of two groups patients were decreased,the TCM syndrome integral scores of the treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group,the results had significant differences（P〈0.05）. The level of FIB and MMP-9 were decreased in two groups,and the level of FIB and MMP-9 in the treatment group were decreased more significantly than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction as a representative of the traditional Chinese medicine of invigorate the circulation of blood,it played an important role in clinical guidance when it cured the cardiovascular disease of circulatory system,it had the characteristics of definite curative effect and a small amount of side effects. It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
