腰椎压缩性骨折后腹胀采用艾灸护理干预疗效观察

Observation on the Effect of Moxibustion Nursing Care on Flatulence after Lumbar Vertebral Compression Fracture

目的：探讨传统护理配合艾灸对腰椎压缩性骨折后合并腹胀患者的腹胀症状缓解的影响。方法：90例腰椎压缩性骨折患者,按单盲、随机、对照原则,采用数字随机法随机分为观察组（A、B组）及对照组。观察组A采用传统护理配合雀啄灸灸治足三里、神阙穴,观察组B采用常规护理配合温和灸灸治足三里、神阙穴,对照组30例采用传统护理。观察3组患者干预后腹胀恢复情况及临床疗效。结果：配合艾灸护理的观察组A、B患者腹胀症状缓解的时间均明显少于对照组,总有效率为观察组A 94.1%,观察组B 86.7%,明显高于对照组（77.9%）,其差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。运用雀啄灸法观察组A的总有效率又明显高于温和灸法观察组B的总有效率,其差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：腰椎压缩性骨折合并腹胀患者采用常规护理配合艾灸疗法干预,可明显缩短腹胀症状的时间,其中雀啄灸干预效果优于温和灸干预,提高了患者康复时间和临床疗效,减少不良反应。值得临床推广与应用。

Objective：To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing care combined with moxibustion on flatulence after lumbar vertebral compression fractures. Methods：Totally 90 patients with flatulence after lumbar vertebral compression fractures,were randomized into observation group A,observation group B and the control group,30 in each group. Observation group A received traditional Chinese medicine nursing care and sparrow-pecking moxibustion at Zusanli（ST36）,Shenque（GV8）. Observation group B received basic nursing care and moxibustion at Zusanli（ST36）,Shenque（GV8）. The control group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing care only. To observe the clinical efficacy in flatulence after lumbar vertebral compression fractures. Results：In observation group A and B,the time of remission of the flatulence were less than the control group,the effective rate of observation group A was 94.1%,and observation group B was 86.7%,more than the control group which was 77.9%,P〈0.05. Meanwhile,the effective rate of observation group A which received sparrow-pecking moxibustion was significantly higher than observation group B,P〈0.05. Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine nursing care and moxibustion,could reduce apparently the time of remission of the flatulence after lumbar vertebral compression fractures,sparrow-pecking moxibustion was better than sparrow-pecking moxibustion,sparrow-pecking moxibustion improved the clinical effect,reduced adverse reactions,worth to generalizing it to the contemporary practice.
