摘要
目的:探讨动脉粥样硬化痰瘀互结证大鼠脂蛋白亚类分布特征。方法:40只大鼠随机分成正常组、模型组,每组20只。正常对照组给予普通饲料,模型组大鼠于高脂饲料喂饲,在喂食开始时一次性腹腔注射维生素D340万IU/kg,以复制大鼠动脉粥样硬化痰瘀互结证模型。全自动生化分析仪检测血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C);Lipoprint脂蛋白分析系统对HDL、LDL颗粒进行分类检测,计算小而密的低密度脂蛋白(sd-LDL)占总LDL百分比。结果:与正常组相比,模型组大鼠血清TC、LDL-C水平均有显著升高,HDL-C水平显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);LDL平均颗粒较小,sd-LDL所占百分比显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);大颗粒HDL-C含量显著降低,中颗粒和小颗粒HDL-C含量升高,大颗粒HDL-C占HDL-C浓度百分比显著降低,中颗粒及小颗粒HDL-C浓度占HDL-C浓度百分比显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。结论:LDL和HDL亚类分布异常可能是导致动脉粥样硬化发生的重要原因之一。
Objective:To investigate the distribution characteristics of lipoprotein subclasses in rats with atherosclerosis phlegm and blood stasis syndrome. Methods:40 rats were randomly divided into normal group and model group,20 rats in each group. The normal control group was given normal diet,while the model group rats were fed with high fat diet. At the beginning of the feeding,the vitamin D3 400 thousand IU/kg was injected intraperitoneally to replicate the model of atherosclerosis,phlegm and blood stasis in rats.Detection of serum cholesterol automatic biochemical analyzer(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C);system of HDL and LDL particles in classification and detection analysis of Lipoprint lipoprotein,calculation of small dense low density lipoprotein(sd-LDL)accounted for the total percentage of LDL. Results:Compared with the normal group,serum TC and LDL-C levels were significantly increased,HDL-C level decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05);LDL average particle sizes,the percentage of sd-LDL increased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);the content of HDL-C particles decreased significantly,increased in HDL-C content and small particles,large particles of HDL-C HDL-C concentration was significantly decreased,and the concentration of HDL-C particles in small particles accounted for HDL-C concentration percentage were significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05,P〈0.01). Conclusion:The abnormal distribution of LDL and HDL subclasses may be one of the important causes of atherosclerosis.
