摘要
随着职称评审权下放,高职院校教师职称评审工作面临着新的改革。结合高职院校教师评职特点,就当前职称评审中存在的问题进行探讨分析,对职称评审工作提出几点改革思路。
With the decentralization of professional title evaluation,the evaluation of teachers＇ titles in higher vocational colleges is facing a new reform. Based on the characteristics of teachers＇ evaluation in higher vocational colleges,this paper discusses and analyzes the problems existing in the evaluation of professional titles,and puts forward some reform ideas for the evaluation of professional titles.
