文章对包钢5~#高炉炉役后期安全稳定生产实践进行了总结。针对原料有害元素偏高及焦炭质量逐步下滑,高炉处于炉役后期的生产实际情况,通过不断优化操作制度,采取有效的护炉措施,实现了安全生产和炉况的稳定顺行。

In the paper,the safe and stable production practices of 5#blast furnace of Baotou Steel at later stage of campaign are summarized. The safe production and stable trouble-free operation of furnace condition are realized by continually optimizing operation system and adopting effective furnace protection measures with the actual production conditions that there are more harmful elements in raw material,coke quality decline gradually and the blast furnace is at later stage of campaign.
