包钢炼铁厂265m^2烧结机提高产量生产实践

Practices on Improving Production of 265m^2 Sintering Machine in Iron-making Plant of Baotou Steel

文章对包钢炼铁厂265 m^2烧结机烧结矿产量的影响因素进行分析,利用现有产线,提出并实施提高利用系数、减少低效运行等措施,使烧结矿产量稳步提高,从2016年481万t提高到2017年534万t。为提高烧结矿入炉比例,降低炼铁生产成本作出了贡献。

In the paper,the influence factors for sinter production of 265 m2 sintering machine in Iron-making Plant of Baotou Steel are analyzed. With the existing production line,such measures as increasing the utilization coefficient and reducing inefficient operations are proposed and implemented so that the sinter production is steadily increased from 4. 81 million t in 2016 to 5. 34 million t in 2017,which makes a contribution for improving the ratio of sinter put into furnace and reducing the production costs of iron making.
