摘要 文章通过对包钢高炉原燃料中钾、钠、锌等有害元素含量分析,进行投入和支出平衡计算,确定了高炉渣是排碱的主要途径,除尘灰是排锌的主要途径。探讨了减少高炉内碱、锌富集的方法和措施,通过控制入厂原料碱、锌含量,废物料脱碱、脱锌,降低炉渣碱度,减少块状带吸附等措施,有效的降低有害元素对高炉的影响。 In this paper,the important way for removing alkalis is determined to be the blast furnace slag and the main way for removing zinc is determined to be the fly ash through analyzing the content of such harmful elements as K,Na and Zn in crude fuel for blast furnace of Baotou Steel as well as the balance calculation of output and discharge. Moreover,the methods and measures for reducing the enrichment of alkali and zinc in blast furnace are discussed. The effects of harmful elements on blast furnace are effectively reduced by such measures as controlling the content of alkali and zinc in incoming raw materials,dealkalizing and dezincification for scraps as well as decreasing basicity of slag and adsorption of lumpy zone.
