摘要
文章针对高炉炉顶液压管路高度落差大、液压管线长等特点,总结了包钢高炉大修炉顶液压系统冲洗经验,对冲洗过程中的元件参数进行了计算,并制定出合理的冲洗方案。
In the paper,the experiences of flushing the hydraulic system on furnace top when overhauling blast furnace of Baotou Steel are summarized based on such characteristics as the great fall of height for hydraulic pipeline and long hydraulic pipeline on blast furnace top. The reasonable flushing scheme is formulated by calculating the component parameters in flushing.
