摘要
文章介绍了包钢6~#高炉冷却系统的工艺流程、运行工艺状况,结合高炉冷却壁的使用,阐述了冷却壁破损原因,通过加强冷却系统日常管理,及时调节冷却参数,严格控制冷却壁温度和对冷却壁进行精心维护等措施,延长高炉的使用寿命。
In the paper,the technological process and running state for the cooling system of 6#blast furnace of Baotou Steel are introduced. The causes of damage for the cooling stave are elaborated combining with its applications. The service life of blast furnace is prolonged by such measures as strengthening daily management of cooling system,adjusting cooling parameters in time,strictly controlling the cooling wall temperature and careful maintenance of cooling stave.
