摘要 高炉炉顶余压透平发电(TRT)是现代钢铁厂回收能量技术之一,利用透平机的静叶角度控制高炉炉顶压力,同时透平机带动发电机发电,将高温高压煤气的势能转化为电能,将高炉煤气在减压阀组中损失的能量予以回收,此技术环保效益好,经济效益显著。 The blast furnace top gas recovery turbine unit( TRT) is one of the technologies for energy recovery in modern iron and steel plants. The top pressure of blast furnace is controlled by the angle of stator of turbine and the turbine drives the generator to generate electricity at the same time so that the potential energy of high-temperature and high-pressure gas is converted to electric energy as well as the wasted energy of blast furnace gas in the pressure reducing valves is recovered. This technology is with good environmental protection benefit and remarkable economic benefit.
