新时代,"一带一路"建设进入精耕细作阶段,这对多元化、专门性的争端解决机制提出了新的要求。"一带一路"争端解决机制既体现在具体的体制与制度上,也体现在抽象的公信力与影响力上,要以国内外法律服务资源作为构建基础。从长远来看,"一带一路"国际合作进程中,现有的争端解决机制面临诸多困难和挑战。新的争端解决机制要在完善各国国内争端解决方式,整合国际、区际争端解决方式,组建新的争端解决机构和规则的前提下构建。

The new era,the construction of ＂one belt one road＂has entered the phase of specific undertaking, it demandes the new requirements to the multiple, special dispute resolution mechanism. the dispute resolution system of ＂one belt one road＂on the one hand reflects the objective system and regime,on the other hand,reflects the subjective credibility and influence. It should be based on the resources of the national and international legal services. In long term,in the progress of the international cooperation of ＂one belt one road＂,the existing dispute resolution mechanism is facing some difficulties and challenges. New dispute resolution mechanism should be constructed in the premise of ameliorating the multinational dispute resolution instruments, integrating the international regional dispute resolution instruments,constructing new institutions of the dispute resolutions and rules.
