摘要
校外教育是我国教育系统中不可或缺的一个组成部分,它是学校教育的有益延伸和必要补充。我国中小学校外教育政策经历了"注重外部建构"、"强调内容调适"和"关注主体发展"三个阶段,每个阶段隐含的价值取向各不相同,但总体上呈现出工具价值、社会效益、实践主义和以人为本四种取向,并表现出由鼓励办学向支持与规范、社会利益向学生权益、政府话语权向民间话语权和外部宏观建构向微观内部规范等价值取向之特征。未来我国校外教育政策体系的完善应从"回归元价值状态、坚持以生为本、共筑三位一体合力、构建交互式系统"等方面着手。
After-school education is an integral part of education system in China,as a useful extension and necessary complement to education.This paper accounts of the after-school education in terms of policies and values at various stages,and argues that the education policy should give top priority to what is called the originality of students and integrate additional elements to eventually form an interactive system.
