摘要
临床药师对1例甲状腺相关性眼病患者实施全程药学监护,包括分析药物治疗方案的合理性,药物疗效观察、药品不良反应监测和用药指导等。患者眼病症状得到控制,治疗期间未出现明显药物相关不良反应。说明临床药师与临床医师协作,参与治疗方案的调整,减少了药物不良反应的发生,提高了药物治疗水平,从而保证了患者用药的安全和有效。
Clinical pharmacists provided pharmaceutical care for one patient with thyroid associated ophthalmopathy, including the rationality of dosage regimen, therapeutic effect, adverse drug reaction monitoring and medication instruction etc. The patient＇s ophthalmic symptoms were controlled, and no obvious drug-related adverse reactions occurred during the treatment. Clinical pharmacists collaborated with doctors to adjust the treatment plan, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and improve the outcome of medication, thus ensuring the safety and effectiveness of drug use.
