目的为心力衰竭患者肝损伤的原因辨别和药学监护提供参考。方法临床药师参与心力衰竭患者发生肝损伤救治,通过积极查阅相关文献资料,协助临床医师评估患者发生肝损伤的原因,及时处理并制定相应的药物治疗方案。结果临床药师分析判定患者并非心源性肝损伤,考虑为肝细胞损伤型药物性肝损伤,为患者治疗方案的确定提供了依据,对患者的处理和预后起到了积极的作用。结论临床药师对心力衰竭患者肝损伤的分析与监护,对患者的诊治和预后具有重要意义。

Objective To provide reference for the cause of liver injury and pharmaceutical care for patients with heart failure. Methods By participating in the clinical treatment of liver injury in one patient with heart failure, clinical pharmacists reviewed relevant literatures, assessed the cause of liver injury, and formulated the medication therapeutic regimen. Results Clinical pharmacists made the conclusion that the patient suffered from hepatocellular drug-induced liver injury rather than cardiogenic hepatic damage. Clinical pharmacists played a positive role in the treatment and prognosis of the patient.
