某院抗肿瘤辅助用药不合理处方帕累托图分析

Pareto chart analysis of irrational use of anti-tumor adjuvant drugs in our hospital

目的分析某院抗肿瘤辅助用药不合理用药的情况及原因,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法从计算机中筛选该院抗肿瘤辅助用药病历,同时按不合理用药类型、药物类别分别进行帕累托图分析。结果统计不合理用药医嘱678例,5种不合理用药类型中,用法用量不合理(60.18%)及溶剂选择不适宜(15.93%)是主要因素。在五大类辅助用药类别中抑酸止吐类药物、免疫调节剂及中成药是主要因素。结论该院抗肿瘤辅助用药存在不合理使用情况,应加强用药干预,以规范抗肿瘤辅助用药的临床应用。

Objcetive To analyze the irrational use of anti-tumor adjuvant drugs and to provide reference for rational use of anti-tumor adjuvant drugs. Methods The utilization of anti-tumor adjuvant drugs was reviewed, and pareto chart analysis was performed by investigating the types of irrational drug use and drug categories. Results A total of 678 cases of irrational use of anti-tumor adjuvant drugs were reviewed. The primary types of irrational drug use included inappropriate dosage （60.18%） and inappropriate solvent （15.93%）. The primary drug categories covered antiemetic drugs, immunomodulators and Chinese traditional patent medicine. Conclusion Irrational use of anti-tumor adjuvant drugs exists in our hospital. We should strengthen the intervention of drug use and administrative supervision to standardized the management for rational drug use.
