某电厂末再出口小集箱管接头焊缝裂纹原因分析

The cause analysis of cracking for the fillet weld seam of high temperature reheater outlet header of boiler project

本文通过对某锅炉项目末再出口小集箱角焊缝根部存在裂纹样品,进行化学成分分析、维氏硬度分析、扫描电镜分析及宏微观分析,分析结果表明:末再出口小集箱管接头角焊缝附近的裂纹属于低周疲劳裂纹。

In this paper, according to chemical analysis, vickers hardness, SEM and macro and micro analysis of the cracking sample of the high temperature reheater outlet header, find out that the low- cyele fatigue is the main cause of the transverse cracking.
