摘要
根据Leith设计方法,设计相应的旋风除尘单管并搭建一套冷态试验平台,考察进口流量、进口高度与直筒直径比值和进口宽度与直筒直径比值对除尘效率的影响,并分析除尘前后粉尘样品的粒径分布,分析讨论高效旋风分离器在高温除尘领域应用的可行性。结果表明,本文设计的旋风除尘单管对5μm以上颗粒具有很高的除尘效率,采用电厂飞灰作为原料粉尘时,排出气体中夹带的90%颗粒粒径小于5.1μm,5μm颗粒的除尘效率高达98.52%,即本除尘器对细微颗粒捕集效率高。
In this paper,the corresponding single tube of cyclone separator was designed and a set of cold test platform was built in accordance with Leith design method,and the effects of inlet gas flow,the ratio of inlet height to tube diameter,and the ratio of inlet width to tube diameter on dedusting efficiency were investigated,and the particle size distribution of dust samples before and after dedusting was analyzed. The feasibility of the application of high efficiency cyclone separator in high temperature dust removal was discussed. The results show that the single tube of designed cyclone separator provides a high efficiency for particle over 5 μm. When using power plant fly ash as raw material dust,the particle size distribution of 90% particles in the vent gas is less than 5. 1 μm,the dust removal efficiency of 5 μm particles is as high as 98. 52%,which means that the collection efficiency of the cyclone separator is high for fine particles.
